42. Seeing the origin of happiness


Whatever the definition of happiness is, its roots lie in how we feel inside. If we can be grateful for the little things in life, we will find the clue to happiness. This inner abundance makes us feel lucky and blessed, and is the foundation for inner peace.

To feel happiness in life, we first need to examine our own hearts to see if they are peaceful and joyful. If we have a deep understanding of ourselves, others and the world, happiness will come naturally.
